No-Show Policy

At Sailor Health, we understand that life happens, and you may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to make any changes to your scheduled session.

Late Cancellations & No-Show Policy

To ensure that our therapists can best serve all our patients, you will be charged $50 for appointments that are not canceled at least 24 business hours in advance, no-shows, and appointments where you arrive 10 minutes late or more.

These policies apply as outlined on your therapist’s booking page and in accordance with applicable laws and insurance requirements.

Extenuating Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen situations can arise. Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of your Sailor Health Professional in cases of extenuating circumstances.

Repeated Missed Appointments

If you repeatedly miss scheduled sessions and we are unable to reach you for an extended period, Sailor Health may need to discontinue your care and remove you from the platform.If you have any questions or need to update your appointment, please reach out as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and for prioritizing your mental health!
