Intro

Hi, my name is Jessica. I’m a PMHNP in Florida with over 15 years of clinical experience. Throughout my career, I’ve primarily worked with older adults, helping them navigate life’s challenges and find ways to adjust, succeed, and explore their thoughts and feelings. I’ve successfully treated concerns such as depression, anxiety, cognitive decline, self-esteem issues, and difficulties with confidence and motivation. I’m passionate about helping individuals reach their goals, improve their quality of life, and feel better about who they are and who they want to become.

How would you describe your approach to care?

My approach is warm, solution-oriented, encouraging, and collaborative. I aim to personalize therapy to each individual’s needs and goals. I strongly believe in building a trusting foundation where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and emotions openly. Through supportive and open conversations, we’ll navigate life’s challenges and transitions together, helping you gain clarity, insight, and confidence. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, heard, and empowered to make meaningful changes and achieve your goals. Together, we’ll work toward personal growth, emotional well-being, and a greater sense of fulfillment in your daily life.

What should be expected in the first session?

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and discuss what initially brought you to therapy. This will be a relaxed, supportive conversation—there’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. We’ll also talk about how therapy works, what to expect moving forward, and begin identifying the goals and outcomes you hope to achieve. My priority is to ensure you feel comfortable, heard, respected, and at ease as we begin this journey together at your own pace.
