Natasha Lamb
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 13 years of clinical experience. I’ve had the pleasure of working therapeutically with individuals across the lifespan, including four years focused on elderly adults. I’ve supported clients in overcoming issues related to health, grief and loss, and life transitions. I’ve also helped improve symptoms of anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I supportively challenge you with compassion to dig deep in finding your way to the best version of yourself.
How would you describe your approach to care?
My approach is warm, supportive, and non-judgmental. You are the navigator of your ship—I’m here to help explore options and offer perspectives as you decide the direction you’d like to take. I believe that building trust is essential to creating a collaborative therapeutic relationship and fostering a safe, nurturing space where you feel comfortable bringing your concerns. Above all, I hope your therapeutic experience leaves you feeling supported and empowered to make the changes you wish to see.
What should be expected in the first session?
In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy. There’s no need to feel stressed—it’s simply a chance for me to understand how I can support you and make the most of our time together. We’ll go over the therapy process, what to expect in our work together, and set goals collaboratively. The pace of our sessions will always be guided by what feels most comfortable for you.
