Dr. Charles Moeller
I am a husband, father, and grandfather, as well as a psychologist, musician, and avid swimmer. I feel immense gratitude for my career in psychology, which allows me to meet incredible people who are seeking to grow and heal. Those willing to open up about deeply personal experiences continually remind me of the remarkable strength, resilience, and spirit of human beings.
How would you describe your approach to care?
I look forward to meeting you and learning how I might be of assistance in your journey toward health, healing and well-being. Together we can identify your strengths and use them to implement new and effective strategies for growth. When indicated, we can include significant others in the treatment if you desire. Most importantly, we will work together to help you become strong, independent, and eventually able to carry on in life with greater confidence, security and optimism for your future.
What should be expected in the first session?
A problem statement, overview, and history are taken. The focus is on learning who you are and, especially, what your goals for therapy are. I provide direct feedback on how I believe I can be of help and allow plenty of time for you to ask any questions about the therapy process and how I work.
