Dr. Randal Pennington
Intro
Later life brings change, and emotional challenges can feel harder to manage alone. I work with adults age 65 and older who are navigating anxiety, depression, mood changes, chronic pain, relationship or intimacy concerns, and the emotional impact of health conditions or life transitions. I am a seasoned psychologist with 26 years of experience.
How would you describe your approach to care?
My approach is collaborative, respectful, and grounded in your lived experience. I believe meaningful change happens when we explore what growth and healing mean to you, drawing on your strengths, values, and life wisdom. Together, we focus on practical steps that support emotional well-being, stability, and daily functioning.
What should be expected in the first session?
I provide compassionate care through secure telehealth, allowing you to receive support from the comfort and privacy of your own home. I accept Medicare and strive to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel heard, valued, and understood.
