Holly Wallraff
Hello! I’m Holly Wallraff, an LCSW with 15 years of experience. I’m a military spouse and mom of two. Most of my career has been spent working with military families and older adults, supporting them through life transitions, stress, and emotional wellbeing. I bring a compassionate and grounded approach to every session.
How would you describe your approach to care?
I believe a strong, trusting relationship between client and therapist is the foundation for meaningful progress. I strive to be open, welcoming, and collaborative so my clients feel safe and supported from the start. While I take a solution-focused approach, I also integrate coping strategies from CBT, DBT, and EMDR to tailor care to each person’s needs.
What should be expected in the first session?
Our first session is focused on building trust and making sure you feel comfortable. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what you’re hoping to get out of our work together, all at your own pace. The goal is simply to begin forming a strong, supportive working relationship.
