At Sailor we support your journey
Our mission to provide exceptional mental health care to older adults.

It's tough to find a specialist
For older adults, finding a therapist isn’t just hard — it’s nearly impossible.
4 in 10
adults report having anxiety or depression.
70%
of older adults do not get the care they need.
11x
harder to find an in-network therapist than a primary care physician.
We make it possible
And easy. And better in every way.

Meet patients where they are

The story
How did Sailor Health get its name?

Sailor Health got its name from the idea that life is a lot like the sea—some days are calm and sunny, while others bring storms and uncertainty. Just like a skilled sailor navigates through changing tides, we help our clients find their way through life’s ups and downs.
