Intro

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, and everyday stress. I value creating a supportive and comfortable space where people feel safe being themselves and talking openly about what they’re experiencing. My goal is to help clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they work toward greater clarity, resilience, and meaningful change in their lives.

How would you describe your approach to care?

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and centered on meeting each person where they are. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, strengths-based practice, and mindfulness to help individuals better understand their experiences, build coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

What should be expected in the first session?

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what brings you to therapy. You can expect a supportive, relaxed conversation where you’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. We’ll begin exploring your goals, discuss what you’d like support with, and start identifying helpful next steps. My priority is to ensure you feel heard, respected, and at ease as we begin this journey together, at your own pace.
