I am a licensed psychotherapist with a Doctorate in Social Work and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, with over a decade of experience across telehealth, integrated care, and community-based settings. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and questions of identity and self-worth. My focus is on helping you better understand your experiences, develop greater clarity, and build a more grounded and sustainable sense of well-being in your daily life.
How would you describe your approach to care?
My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I prioritize creating a space where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and experiences without judgment. Therapy with me is both reflective and practical; we work to better understand patterns while also identifying ways to move forward with greater clarity and intention. I value honesty, curiosity, and mutual respect, and I aim to support you in making meaningful, lasting changes that align with who you are.
What should be expected in the first session?
In our first session, we’ll focus on understanding what brings you to therapy and what feels most important to address. I’ll ask some questions to get a sense of your background and current concerns, and we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We’ll also talk about your goals and what you’re hoping to get out of the process. My aim is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported from the start.
