I provide therapy through secure video telehealth, so you can connect from the comfort of your own space. My style is warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental, and I want you to feel comfortable sharing what’s on your mind. Clients often describe me as compassionate and easy to talk to, and I focus on helping you recognize your strengths while building practical tools for coping. In our first session, you can expect a relaxed conversation where I listen to your story, learn about your goals, and explore what you hope to get out of therapy. Together, we will create a plan that feels realistic and tailored to you. Many clients come to me for support with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and life transitions, and leave feeling more confident, balanced, and hopeful.
