Intro
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive clinical experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, substance use, and life transitions. Much of my work focuses on high-functioning professionals who feel overwhelmed despite outward success, helping them build insight, resilience, and sustainable coping strategies. I provide flexible care tailored to each client’s needs. My approach is compassionate and practical, with a strong emphasis on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for growth and healing.
How would you describe your approach to care?
My approach to care is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I focus on meeting individuals where they are, while helping them build insight, emotional awareness, and practical coping skills. I integrate a strengths-based approach, recognizing the impact of past experiences on present functioning. I also emphasize creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported as they work toward meaningful, sustainable change in their lives.
What should be expected in the first session?
In the first session, expect a supportive and nonjudgmental space to begin sharing concerns, goals, and background. I will ask questions to better understand current challenges, your mental health history, and what you hope to gain from therapy. We will also review expectations, confidentiality, and the structure of sessions. This initial meeting is an opportunity to build rapport, ensure a good fit, and begin identifying a path forward together.
