Intro
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of clinical experience and 37 years in the field. I’m licensed in Arizona, Oklahoma, and Utah, and I enjoy working with older adults as they navigate life’s challenges. I have experience supporting people through depression, anxiety, life transitions, and grief and loss, and I’m committed to helping individuals meet their goals and improve their outlook on life.
How would you describe your approach to care?
I believe strongly in the value of the therapeutic relationship. I want to create a safe place for you to explore your thoughts and feelings with ease. My goal is to be a supportive ally as you work through the challenges and struggles you may be facing.
What should be expected in the first session?
In our first session together, I will gather information about what brought you to therapy and identify your current strengths and needs. My hope is to create a comfortable, supportive atmosphere that allows you to share your concerns with ease. We will talk about goals that are important to you and ways we can achieve them together.
