Intro
I am a Boston native with experience supporting people through caregiving and behavioral support, including older adults navigating grief and life transitions. I believe people are resilient and value creating a safe, supportive space to explore how trauma can affect both mind and body, rebuild self-worth, and support healing through mind, body, and nature. I help clients facing relationship challenges, grief, and change move toward a more meaningful, fulfilling sense of self.
How would you describe your approach to care?
I believe healing happens through safety, trust, and connection within the therapeutic relationship. I view each client as a whole person, recognizing the importance of sleep, nutrition, movement, community, and life experiences in mental health. My approach is personalized to each client's needs and goals. I believe clients are the experts of their own lives, and my role is to offer guidance, support, and tools throughout their healing journey with compassion, curiosity, respect for individuality.
What should be expected in the first session?
During your first session, you can expect a welcoming space where you feel heard, supported, and free to share at your own pace. I approach each client with curiosity, compassion, and openness to their unique experiences. My hope is that you leave feeling able to breathe a little easier and know you have someone in your corner.
