Intro

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, licensed in Maryland and Florida. I have had the honor and privilege of working with adults across a wide range of settings and circumstances, including inpatient psychiatric facilities, residential addiction treatment centers, and outpatient private practice. My clinical work has focused on treating anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, and substance use. I am also deeply passionate about working with older adults and supporting their mental health needs with compassion and expertise.

How would you describe your approach to care?

I have come to deeply value the importance of taking a nonjudgmental and empathic stance with all of my clients. I believe everyone deserves a safe and welcoming space where they can freely explore whatever is on their mind—without fear of judgment or concern about the therapist’s opinions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I prioritize building a trusting relationship where you feel supported and safe to openly explore your thoughts and emotions.

What should be expected in the first session?

In our first session, we will go over historical information, which can sometimes feel sensitive, but we will move at a pace that feels manageable. Subsequent sessions will be guided by the client’s goals and interests.
