Intro
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Michigan. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating a wide range of challenges, including substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), relationship concerns, and life transitions. Whether you're seeking support through a difficult season or working toward long-term healing and growth, I am here to walk alongside you with empathy, insight, and respect.
How would you describe your approach to care?
I bring a compassionate, holistic approach to therapy that honors the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. My therapeutic style is collaborative, down-to-earth, and affirming. I strive to create a safe, inclusive space for all clients, and I am proud to be an ally of the LGBTQ+ community. I am here to assist with your goals and hope to provide a safe space to explore and grow.
What should be expected in the first session?
The purpose of the first session is to get to know each other in a safe and comfortable atmosphere, while exploring what motivated you to seek therapy in the first place. We'll discuss how therapy works, what to expect in the therapeutic process, and the goals that you'd like to work toward in our time together. It is my goal to provide you a safe space to work on the things that you'd like to work on, while providing different perspectives and teaching coping skills that assist you in your journey.
