Rebekah Serrato
Intro
I am a licensed clinical social worker in Texas with over 12 years of experience in working with adults, Veterans, and our elderly population. I am able to provide individualized psychotherapy in trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety and insomnia/sleep related issues. I am able to also address grief and loss concerns.
How would you describe your approach to care?
I am caring, empathetic, and patient as we come to collaborate on how we will approach life's challenges and concerns. I want to build an impactful relationship and make it to where you feel comfortable talking and sharing with me. I want you to feel heard and understood, something that is key to a therapeutic relationship. Let us make our time together meaningful and productive in addressing your needs and concerns.
What should be expected in the first session?
We need to get to know each other and build a working relationship. We will discuss goals for our time together and ease into our first conversation about what you are going through. There is no pressure with what is shared, we will develop a relationship as we talk. I look forward to seeing your growth and self-understanding as we work together through this process.
