Intro
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps adults navigate anxiety, life transitions, and the challenges that come with aging and caregiving. My approach is practical, supportive, and focused on helping you move forward, not stay stuck in the past. I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help you identify what's working, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change. Therapy with me is collaborative, respectful, and centered on helping you feel more confident and in control of your life.
How would you describe your approach to care?
My approach to care is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping clients move forward. I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to highlight strengths, build on what is already working, and create meaningful change without overcomplicating the process. I provide a supportive, respectful space where clients can be honest and feel understood. Together, we identify clear goals and take small, intentional steps that build confidence, improve coping, and support lasting progress in everyday life.
What should be expected in the first session?
In your first session, we will focus on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. You can expect a supportive, relaxed conversation where you can share at your own pace. We will talk about your goals, what you would like to be different, and what has already been helping. I will ask questions to better understand your situation, and together we will begin identifying practical steps to move forward.
