Intro
I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with 14 years of experience supporting adults through grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, caregiver stress, substance use, sleep difficulties, chronic illness, and life transitions. I offer a warm, down-to-earth space where clients can talk openly and feel understood. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and existential therapy to help clients build coping skills, navigate change, and find meaning during difficult or uncertain times.
How would you describe your approach to care?
My approach to care is steady, collaborative, and grounded in respect for each person's experience. I help clients work through grief, stress, anxiety, and long-standing patterns while building practical ways to feel more stable in daily life. I bring warmth, honesty, and curiosity to our work. I also support deeper reflection on meaning, identity, and purpose, especially during times of loss, change, or uncertainty. We move at a pace that feels manageable and supportive for you.
What should be expected in the first session?
In your first session, we'll start by getting to know each other and talking about what brings you in. There's no pressure to share everything at once. We'll go at your pace and focus on what feels most important to you right now. I'll ask some questions to better understand your history and goals, and we'll begin identifying what support might be most helpful. Most of all, this is a space to feel heard, not judged.
