Over the years, I have helped clients navigate stress, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship struggles, parenting concerns, family conflicts, ADHD, depression, and major life transitions. </p><p id="">‍</p><p id="">My career has been deeply rooted in providing compassionate mental health care across diverse settings, including outpatient clinics, detention centers, after-school programs, group homes, residential treatment centers, and, more recently, teletherapy. No matter the setting, my goal has always been to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.</p>
