Intro
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am passionate about supporting older adults as they navigate life's transitions, emotional challenges, and personal growth. Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, I provide therapy tailored to each individual's unique experiences and needs. I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, and relationship concerns while fostering resilience, emotional wellness, and meaningful connection. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered.
How would you describe your approach to care?
Clients feel respected, understood, and supported. I believe in meeting individuals where they are while helping them build insight, resilience, and practical coping skills to navigate life's challenges. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness techniques to support emotional wellness, healing, and personal growth. I value collaboration, authenticity, and empowering clients to move toward meaningful and lasting change.
What should be expected in the first session?
During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where we begin getting to know one another. We will discuss current concerns, personal history, goals for therapy, and any challenges impacting emotional well-being. The first session is also an opportunity to ask questions, explore what therapy may look like moving forward, and begin building a comfortable therapeutic relationship. My goal is for clients to feel heard, respected, supported, and hopeful about the healing process.
