Intro
Hi, I'm Adrian, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I work with individuals navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and other difficult or overwhelming seasons of life. Sometimes it can help to have a space to talk things through so it doesn't feel as heavy to carry alone. I see therapy as a collaborative process where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported, and my goal is to help you build on your strengths, develop practical coping tools, and move toward the changes that feel most meaningful to you.
How would you describe your approach to care?
My approach to care is client-centered, compassionate, and strengths-based. I believe each person is the expert on their own experiences, and I strive to create a safe space where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I use evidence-based approaches while helping clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a meaningful way. My goal is to support clients in building insight, developing coping strategies, and creating positive change that aligns with their values and goals.
What should be expected in the first session?
During your first session, we will take time to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. I will ask about your history, current concerns, strengths, and experiences that have shaped you, so I can better understand your unique story and what you hope to achieve. This is a time for you to share at your own pace, ask questions, and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. Together, we will identify areas of focus and explore ways to support your goals moving forward.
