Intro
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who enjoys supporting individuals as they navigate meaningful life changes and new chapters. I create a warm, welcoming space where you can feel comfortable sharing your experiences. I help with life transitions, retirement, grief and loss, health-related stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship changes. My approach is caring and collaborative, focused on helping you feel supported, stay connected, and continue building a life that feels fulfilling and aligned with what matters most to you.
How would you describe your approach to care?
My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be open and honest. I integrate evidence-based approaches like CBT and emotionally focused techniques to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Together, we work to build practical skills, strengthen relationships, and support meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels supportive and manageable.
What should be expected in the first session?
In the first session, you can expect a supportive, low-pressure space where we begin getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I’ll ask a few questions to better understand your background and current needs, while also giving you space to share at your own pace. We’ll start identifying goals together and outline a path forward that feels comfortable and aligned with you.
