Intro

Hi, I'm Cait, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, caregiver stress, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel understood, supported, and comfortable showing up as your authentic self. My goal is to help you build practical skills, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

How would you describe your approach to care?

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that there are different ways to approach healing. I draw from evidenced-based approaches while tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals. I value curiosity over judgment and work to create an environment where you feel safe exploring difficult experiences. Together, we'll focus on building insight, developing practical coping strategies, and creating sustainable changes that support your overall well-being.

What should be expected in the first session?

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine whether we're a good fit. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your personal history, what's been working or feeling challenging, and what you hope to achieve. I'll also answer any questions you have about the therapy process and what working together might look like. By the end of the session, we'll begin identifying goals and developing a plan that feels collaborative and achievable.
