Intro
Feeling overwhelmed by changes in your health, family, or daily life? You don’t have to face it alone. I’m a compassionate, client-centered therapist who supports individuals through meaningful life transitions, using a calm, respectful approach that moves at your pace. Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and self-esteem concerns, or simply feeling unlike themselves anymore. I specialize in working with thoughtful, sensitive, and “outside-the-box” thinkers, including those who may have felt misunderstood in the past.
My goal is simple: to help you feel more at ease in your body and mind, regain confidence in your daily choices, and improve your overall quality of life. Therapy with me is not about rushing or fixing you, it’s about feeling heard, supported, and steadier as you move forward.
How would you describe your approach to care?
You’ve stumbled upon a fresh approach to therapy that blends traditional practices with more current wholistic trends like somatics (body awareness). I believe all persons deserve the right to seek therapy that is based upon their desired life framework, whatever that may entail. I support self-acceptance and self-expression, and my clients enjoy therapy that’s down to earth and highly specialized to their own unique needs, delivered in bite size bits that allow you to process in between sessions. You can be at ease while discussing difficult topics with me as your therapist. I’m supportive and nonjudgmental.
What should be expected in the first session?
Chatting with me is easy and painless. Your first session will feel like a warm conversation where you are guided through sharing some of your basic life details. We will discuss your goals for therapy and ease into next steps.
