Intro

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is bilingual in English and Spanish. I am passionate about helping older adults navigate life's challenges with compassion, dignity, and hope. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship concerns, caregiver stress, and the emotional changes that can come with aging. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to improve your emotional well-being and overall quality of life.

How would you describe your approach to care?

My approach to care is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I believe the best therapy happens when you feel safe, heard, and genuinely understood. Together, we'll identify meaningful goals, build practical coping skills, and work through life's challenges at a pace that feels right for you. While I provide empathy and support, I also offer gentle encouragement and accountability to help you create meaningful, lasting change and improve your overall quality of life.

What should be expected in the first session?

During our first session, we'll take time to get to know one another and discuss what brought you to therapy. I'll learn about your background, current concerns, and the goals you'd like to work toward, while making sure you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we'll begin creating a plan that reflects your strengths, needs, and priorities. My goal is for you to leave our first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
