Dr. Annette Nagle
Intro
With over 25 years as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, I offer a calm, compassionate environment where individuals feel heard and respected through life’s challenges and transitions. I meet you where you are while gently encouraging growth, and my approach is both nonjudgmental and goal-oriented. Together, we’ll build practical solutions to enhance well-being, strengthen relationships, and navigate difficult moments. I’m committed to helping you develop new skills and create meaningful, lasting change.
How would you describe your approach to care?
My approach to care integrates evidence-based therapies to address both present challenges and the deeper patterns behind them. I provide a supportive setting where you can explore and process your experiences and uncover meaningful insights. Treatment is tailored to each individual’s needs, preferences, and goals. Together, we will work to strengthen coping skills, improve emotional balance, and support greater ease and fulfillment in daily life.
What should be expected in the first session?
In our first session, the focus is on getting to know you and helping you feel comfortable. We’ll talk about what brings you in, your current concerns, and what you’d like to change or improve. I’ll also explain how therapy works so you know what to expect. I take time to build trust and a strong foundation for our work, and I listen closely to understand your experiences and perspective. We’ll begin identifying goals and outline a plan that feels realistic, collaborative, and tailored to your needs.
