Dr. Daphne Kendricks
Welcome to your new beginning. I am a clinical psychologist with 24 years of experience helping individuals find balance in their lives and strengthen their ability to cope with challenging times. I provide virtual services for individuals, families, and couples seeking therapy. My evidence-based interventions can provide brief, solution-focused treatment to help address everyday problems and support a better quality of life.
How would you describe your approach to care?
My approach to care focuses on promoting healing, empowerment, and teaching effective skills for managing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, stress, and PTSD. I also have expertise in health psychology, including support for chronic illness, diabetes, hypertension, insomnia, and chronic pain. I am committed to improving your overall well-being and helping you find healthy ways to move through emotional difficulties. If you are seeking healing and meaningful change, your well-being is in good hands.
What should be expected in the first session?
During our first session, we will talk through the concerns that brought you to therapy in a relaxed and comfortable way. Together, we will begin identifying treatment goals that feel meaningful to you, allowing for open dialogue and a collaborative exchange of ideas as we move forward.
