Intro

Hi, I'm Erin, and I look forward to providing you with a warm, encouraging, and nonjudgmental therapy space. I am a licensed psychologist with a Ph.D. in counseling psychology, and my work focuses on helping people navigate life's challenges, especially related to life adjustments, anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, and aging-related issues.

How would you describe your approach to care?

I view my clients as the experts on their lives and myself as someone who can accompany and guide them on their journey of making positive changes in thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Developing a supportive, therapeutic relationship with each client is an important part of my work. I help my clients identify goals for therapy and provide evidence-based strategies to address these goals.

What should be expected in the first session?

I know that it can take a lot of courage to start therapy and speak openly about yourself with a new person. Kudos to you for getting started! In the first session, we will get to know each other, and I'll make sure that any questions you have about therapy are answered. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you would like to accomplish together in therapy, and ways that I can help you achieve your goals. Our therapy sessions are a judgment-free zone where you can share your thoughts and feelings openly.
