Intro

I am a Licensed Psychologist and a PSYPACT Authorized provider, which allows me to work with clients across many states. I have had the privilege of supporting individuals from all walks of life, including first responders, adults, adolescents, and those navigating difficult life transitions. My experience has given me a deep understanding of how stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges can affect daily life and overall well-being.

How would you describe your approach to care?

In our work together, I focus on creating a safe and supportive space where you feel truly heard and understood. I take an integrative approach that honors the mind, body, and spirit, and I strive to help clients build resilience, gain clarity, and reconnect with their inner strengths. Whether you are navigating a moment of crisis, healing from past wounds, or seeking to enhance your quality of life, I am committed to walking alongside you and supporting your journey toward growth and healing.

What should be expected in the first session?

In our first meeting, my priority is to create a comfortable space where you feel safe sharing what’s on your mind. I will take time to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and learn about your goals for therapy. Together, we’ll explore what brings you here and identify the areas you’d most like to focus on. I view the consult as a collaborative process—an opportunity for you to get to know me and for us to determine if working together feels like the right fit. You can expect compassion, curiosity, and professionalism as we begin to outline a path forward. Whether you’re facing stress, anxiety, trauma, or major life transitions, my goal is to ensure you feel supported, understood, and hopeful about the next steps in your healing journey.
