Hello! I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years of experience working with clients of all ages. I am licensed in PA, NJ, and PSYPACT. I understand the unique challenges facing older adults in today’s world. Working together, you will be treated with dignity and respect. I am a compassionate listener, and together we will identify your needs and develop more effective ways to navigate and cope with them.
How would you describe your approach to care?
My approach is relationship-centered, helping clients feel connected, accepted, and capable of managing the demands and changes in their lives. I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach, allowing me to personalize treatment to each person’s unique mental, physical, and emotional needs.
What should be expected in the first session?
In our initial session, we’ll take the time to get to know one another and talk about what brought you to therapy. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with as we begin to build trust in our working relationship. Together, we’ll begin to outline some general goals for therapy, and I’ll answer any questions you may have.
