My approach is collaborative care with a client-centered approach. I specialize in trauma-informed care and grounded real-life application strategies. I create a safe, honest space where we explore your story, build insight, and develop practical tools to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and lasting change.
What should be expected in the first session?
In our first session, we'll take time to explore your history and what's bringing you in. It's a more in-depth conversation and can bring up emotions, but we'll move at your pace. I'll guide the process with care, making sure you feel comfortable, respected, and supported throughout.
