Intro
I am a licensed clinical social worker in Arizona with more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families across outpatient, telehealth, and high-acuity settings. My approach is grounded in compassion, clinical integrity, and a deep respect for each person's story. I work to create a safe, steady, and collaborative space where clients feel understood and empowered. I am committed to evidence-based, trauma-informed care that promotes healing, resilience, and meaningful, lasting change.
How would you describe your approach to care?
My approach to care is grounded in compassion, clinical integrity, and genuine respect for each person's story. I focus on building strong rapport, creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients feel understood and supported. I use evidence-based practices while tailoring treatment to each individual's strengths, culture, and goals. I stay present, collaborative, and attuned, helping clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful, sustainable change.
What should be expected in the first session?
You can expect a calm, welcoming space where we focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. I'll ask thoughtful questions about your history, strengths, and goals while moving at a pace that feels comfortable. Together, we'll clarify what you hope to gain from treatment and outline next steps. My priority is helping you feel safe, understood, and supported from the very beginning.
