Intro
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with 16 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, relationship challenges, and stress. I believe therapy works best when clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported without judgment. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, helping individuals build on their strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful changes that improve their overall well-being and quality of life. I feel privileged to support clients as they work toward the goals that matter most to them.
How would you describe your approach to care?
My approach to care is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel genuinely understood. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore challenges, build on their strengths, and develop practical strategies for moving forward. I recognize that every individual's experiences and goals are unique, and I tailor treatment accordingly. Together, we work toward greater self-awareness, emotional well-being, and lasting change that feels both meaningful and sustainable.
What should be expected in the first session?
In our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another and discussing what has led you to seek therapy at this point in your life. We'll explore any concerns, challenges, or goals you would like to address, and I'll answer any questions you may have about the therapy process. There is no pressure to share everything at once. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and understood as we begin working together.
