Intro
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work with older adults and support individuals through life's transitions with compassion and understanding. My integrative approach combines DBT, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness-based techniques to meet each client's unique needs. I am passionate about helping clients cultivate creativity, curiosity, and self-compassion while developing practical skills for emotional balance and resilience. My goal is to support meaningful growth and encourage you to reconnect with your strengths and inner wisdom.
How would you describe your approach to care?
My approach to therapy is integrative, compassionate, and client-centered, supporting the whole person: mind, body, and emotional well-being. I come from a place of curiosity and creativity, drawing from a variety of therapeutic methods to meet each individual where they are. I view therapy as a collaborative process that honors your life experiences, strengths, and personal values while building insight and resilience. Together, we work toward greater clarity, emotional balance, and meaningful progress aligned with your goals.
What should be expected in the first session?
In our first session, we will take time to connect and explore what has brought you to therapy during this season of your life. Many seek support while navigating grief, loss, health changes, or life transitions, and this is a space where your experiences are welcome with compassion and understanding. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, honoring your life story and strengths. My goal is for you to feel safe, respected, and supported as we begin this process together.
