Intro
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with over 16 years of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges. Those I’ve worked with often describe me as someone who listens deeply and offers practical tools to support a more positive life journey. I enjoy working with individuals from many backgrounds, as well as families. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where you feel heard and empowered to grow.
How would you describe your approach to care?
I believe a person’s physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health are all interconnected and essential to overall well-being. In our sessions, we will focus on what matters most to you and work toward your personal goals. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to your needs, always centering the process around helping you become the best version of yourself. Growth happens step-by-step, and I am here to support you through each part of that journey.
What should be expected in the first session?
During our first session, I will ask questions to better understand the challenges you’re facing, what you hope to change, and how frequently you would like to meet. This helps us build a plan that aligns with your goals. I encourage you to come as you are — there is no judgment here. My priority is to ensure you feel comfortable, supported, and able to speak openly so we can begin the work together.
