Intro
Hi! My name is John and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am a warm, welcoming therapist who believes that healing happens best in a space where you can feel comfortable being fully yourself. I earned my Master's degree in 2016 and bring over three years of experience working with older adults. I am trained in trauma-informed care and prioritize safety, trust, and empowerment in everything I do.
How would you describe your approach to care?
I strive to create an environment that is supportive, down to earth, and affirming. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, blending genuine connection with practical tools to help you build insight, resilience, and meaningful change. I allow you to take the driver's seat in fulfilling your inner aspirations. Your time during our sessions will be valued and respected each time we meet.
What should be expected in the first session?
Our first session will be all about you and your goals. I will work with you to navigate inner complex dynamics and work with you to identify individual and relational challenges that are no longer serving you. The journey towards a healthier and more peaceful life begins with our very first session.
