I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience across a variety of settings. My background includes adult protective services, residential mental health, and outpatient mental health. This experience has given me a unique understanding of all walks of life. I specialize in helping adults navigate trauma, grief, and the heavy stress of major life changes. I bring a practical, collaborative approach to therapy, focusing on giving you the insights and tangible strategies needed to find stability and relief.

I will meet you where you are and work on the goals we identify through a collaborative partnership. I value quality over quantity and seek clients who are willing to get to the root of an issue. If you are ready and willing to look beneath the surface, we will actively work together to uncover and address the root of the issue.
What should be expected in the first session?
The first session is focused on creating a comfortable space that induces openness. We will identify your goals for treatment and come up with objectives that seek to resolve those goals on a loose timeline. The first session is a pressure-free space to develop a roadmap for our work together.
