Intro

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported, no matter what stage of life they're in. I grew up in Michigan and now call the mountains of Colorado home, where I enjoy spending time outdoors and recharging in nature. My goal is to create a warm, trusting space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. If you're looking for a therapist who will listen with compassion, value your life experiences, and genuinely care about your well-being, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

How would you describe your approach to care?

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 14 years of experience, I enjoy working with older adults and believe it's never too late to make meaningful changes or find support. Together, we'll create a comfortable, respectful space where you can talk openly about whatever is on your mind, whether that's adjusting to life changes, coping with grief or loss, managing anxiety or depression, navigating health concerns, strengthening relationships, or simply finding greater peace and purpose in this stage of life. My goal is to meet you where you are and work alongside you to help you feel more supported, confident, and connected.

What should be expected in the first session?

Your first session is simply a chance for us to get to know one another. My goal is to create a calm, comfortable, and welcoming space where you can share at your own pace — there's no pressure to tell your whole story right away. I'll meet you where you are, listen with compassion, and take time to understand what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. Together, we'll begin building a plan that feels right for you and supports your goals.
