Intro
I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Nevada with experience providing therapy across community, nonprofit, and telehealth settings. I specialize in supporting individuals through life transitions, stress, trauma, relationships, and emotional wellness. My approach integrates CBT, DBT, and reflective practices to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to move toward meaningful change.
How would you describe your approach to care?
My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and centered on the whole person. I strive to create a space where individuals feel heard, respected, and supported while navigating life's challenges and transitions. I believe meaningful change comes through building insight, strengthening coping strategies, recognizing personal strengths, and creating practical steps toward improved emotional wellness, connection, and quality of life.
What should be expected in the first session?
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, supportive relationship. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, important life experiences, strengths, goals, and what you hope to gain from care. We'll also discuss questions you may have and begin creating a plan that feels meaningful, practical, and tailored to your needs.
