Latrice Williams
Intro
With over 10 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am passionate about creating a supportive, authentic, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. I work with adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, women's issues, and everyday stressors. I have a passion for helping individuals meet their goals, improve the quality of their life, and feel better about who they are and the choices they are making day-to-day.
How would you describe your approach to care?
My therapeutic style is eclectic and tailored to the unique needs of each client because I believe there is no "one-size-fits-all" approach to healing. I strive to meet clients where they are while helping them gain insight, build healthy coping skills, process difficult emotions, and develop confidence in themselves and their decisions. Together, we'll work toward personal growth, emotional well-being, and a greater sense of fulfillment in your daily life.
What should be expected in the first session?
During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another and exploring what brings you to therapy at this point in your life. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self. We'll discuss your current concerns, past experiences that may be impacting you, and what you hope to gain from therapy. There is no pressure to share everything at once—we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we'll begin identifying meaningful goals and create a plan that feels tailored to your unique needs. Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling heard, supported, and empowered.
