Intro

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a strong educational foundation from the University of Central Florida (UCF), where I earned both a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Work. I went on to complete a Master’s in Social Work at UCF, followed by a second Master’s degree in Mind-Body Medicine from Saybrook University, with a concentration in Integrative Mental Health.

In addition to my academic background, I am a Level I Certified Qigong Instructor (QI-50) with training in mindfulness and meditation practices, as well as a Certified Addictions Counselor (MCAP). I bring extensive experience supporting individuals facing mental health challenges and trauma-related concerns.

How would you describe your approach to care?

My passion lies in helping clients realize and actualize their unique potential through a nurturing and collaborative approach. I believe in treating every individual with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I tailor each session to meet their specific needs. By integrating evidence-based and holistic practices that promote self-awareness, skill-building, and self-care, I aim to empower clients with the tools and insight needed to create meaningful, lasting change.

What should be expected in the first session?

In our first meeting, we’ll take time to get to know each other and explore the reasons that brought you to begin this journey. I’ll provide a brief overview of the therapy process, and together we’ll begin identifying goals that will best support your healing. Throughout our work, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, ensuring you feel safe, supported, and understood.
