Intro
I’m a depth-oriented therapist supporting individuals through life’s transitions, including aging, grief, and identity shifts. My work weaves together somatic awareness and EMDR to support deep healing and integration. I offer a reflective, compassionate space to explore meaning, loss, and transformation. I believe later life holds profound opportunities for integration and wholeness, an honoring of one’s story, wisdom, and the ongoing unfolding of the self.
How would you describe your approach to care?
I believe that you are your own best healer, and your process of healing is unique to you. I believe healing to be a remembering and an encounter with your wholeness, which encompasses every dimension of your being. I hope to offer a space for your own observation of your life and discover how you'd like to expand, change, and grow.
What should be expected in the first session?
In our first session, I’ll begin with a brief introduction to my approach and create space for you to share what’s bringing you in. We’ll gently but directly explore your current concerns, history, and goals, allowing us to identify patterns and priorities for our work together. I aim to balance depth with pacing, ensuring you feel both supported and understood. This session helps us establish a foundation for meaningful, collaborative therapeutic work.
