Intro
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida dedicated to supporting older adults through life’s many transitions: retirement, health changes, loss, shifting family roles, or redefining purpose. Life can feel overwhelming, and many of my clients experience anxiety, sadness, or loneliness. I offer a caring, collaborative space to explore challenges, build practical tools, and reconnect with meaning and joy. My goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and resilient in this stage of life.
How would you describe your approach to care?
I take a collaborative, compassionate approach, meeting each person where they are and walking alongside them through life’s transitions. My care is holistic and solution-focused, blending practical strategies with emotional support. Having experienced many of life’s challenges myself, including loss, change, and the uncertainties of later life, I bring empathy and understanding to every session. Together, we explore your strengths, build coping tools, and create a path toward peace, meaning, and renewed confidence.
What should be expected in the first session?
In your first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and better understand your unique experiences and concerns. You can expect a safe, welcoming space to share what’s on your mind without judgment. Together, we’ll explore your goals, talk through what you’re facing, and identify where support would be most helpful. I’ll also explain my approach and answer any questions, so you leave feeling understood, informed, and ready to take the next steps in your journey.
