Mary Rollo
I am a Florida native and Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges with compassion and understanding. My practice focuses on anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics, and I strive to provide a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, build resilience, and achieve their therapeutic goals. I am passionate about helping people create fulfilling, meaningful lives. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, spending time with loved ones, and relaxing with my cats.
How would you describe your approach to care?
My approach is client-centered and solution-focused, recognizing each individual as the expert in their own life. I believe in fostering a collaborative, supportive environment where clients feel empowered to identify their goals and develop effective strategies for navigating challenges. I aim to provide the tools, encouragement, and consistent support needed to promote meaningful growth, strengthen resilience, and enhance overall well-being.
What should be expected in the first session?
In our first session, we’ll take the time to get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy. This will be a relaxed and supportive conversation with no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable. We’ll also talk about how therapy works, what to expect moving forward, and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful to you. My priority is to ensure you feel heard, respected, and at ease as we begin this journey together at your own pace.
