Intro
Hi, my name is Miko Masterson, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have a Masters Degree in Social Work with a specialization in Clinical Aging. My counseling style is authentic, and I bring my humanity into the counseling process. Many clients tell me that I exude warmth and joy, and that they can tell that I truly care about them. I believe this is what sets me apart from others who do similar work.
How would you describe your approach to care?
I recognize that the step toward change is a big one, and it takes a lot of courage and strength. I will work with you to build trust and walk alongside you as we discover your strengths and work toward lasting change. I have 24 years of experience, and I have worked with many older adults around issues of depression, anxiety, life transitions, family dynamics, and grief and loss.
