Intro

Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, anger, ADHD, and communication difficulties. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs, drawing on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes. Together, we’ll build on your strengths and develop practical skills to improve your overall well-being and help you move toward the life you want to live.

How would you describe your approach to care?

I provide a warm, supportive, and practical approach to therapy that combines compassion with evidence-based techniques. I work collaboratively with clients to build on their strengths, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful change. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, understood, and equipped to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience.

What should be expected in the first session?

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, relevant personal history, and what you hope to achieve through counseling. You are welcome to share at your own pace—there is no pressure to discuss anything before you're ready. Together, we'll begin identifying goals and creating a plan to support your growth, healing, and well-being.
