Intro
With over 30 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am dedicated to helping adults age 65 and older improve their emotional well-being and quality of life. I provide compassionate, individualized therapy for concerns such as depression, anxiety, grief, loss, life transitions, caregiver stress, chronic illness adjustment, and relationship challenges. My goal is to create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to overcome life's challenges. I believe that emotional wellness is possible at every stage of life, and I am committed to helping you build resilience, rediscover your strengths, and achieve greater peace of mind.
How would you describe your approach to care?
My approach to care is collaborative, person-centered, and evidence-based, tailoring treatment to your unique needs, life experiences, and personal goals while treating every individual with dignity, compassion, and respect.
What should be expected in the first session?
During your first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming conversation where we will discuss your concerns, personal history, and goals for therapy. Together, we will develop a plan that supports your emotional well-being and helps you move toward meaningful and lasting positive change.
