Patricia Campana
Intro
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California with over 40 years of clinical experience. My career has been focused primarily on working with adults dealing with life transitions and helping them to succeed, achieve, and explore their thoughts and feelings regarding their life challenges. Common concerns that I have successfully worked with include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, loss, self-esteem issues, and developing increased compassion and confidence. I have a passion for helping individuals meet their goals, improve the quality of their life, and feel better about who they are and the choices they are making day-to-day.
How would you describe your approach to care?
My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized to each individual. I believe in building a trusting relationship where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and emotions openly. I will meet you where you are. Through supportive conversations, we navigate life's transitions together, helping you gain clarity, confidence, and resilience. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Together, we'll work toward personal growth, emotional well-being, and a greater sense of fulfillment in your daily life.
What should be expected in the first session?
In our first session, we'll take the time to get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy. We'll also talk about how therapy works, what to expect moving forward, and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful to you. My priority is to ensure you feel heard, respected, and at ease as we start this journey together at your own pace.
