I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 11 years of experience specializing in anxiety, trauma, depression, and life transitions. I have a passion for helping individuals meet their goals, improve the quality of their life, and feel better about who they are and the choices they are making day-to-day.
