Intro

Hi, I'm Sarah Falvey, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 15 years of experience helping adults navigate mental health and substance use challenges. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, sleep concerns, and co-occurring disorders. My approach is warm, supportive, and tailored to each person's unique goals, using evidence-based practices to help clients create meaningful change. I provide care through telehealth and am committed to helping people build healthier, more fulfilling lives.

How would you describe your approach to care?

I believe that meaningful change starts with feeling comfortable, understood, and supported. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on meeting people where they are without judgment. I work alongside individuals to build on their strengths, navigate challenges, and identify practical steps toward their goals. I understand that everyone's experiences and needs are different, so I tailor my approach to fit each person rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model. My goal is to create a space where people feel safe to be themselves and empowered to make lasting changes in their lives.

What should be expected in the first session?

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions about what's been going on in your life, your current concerns, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. This is also your chance to ask questions and see if I feel like a good fit for your needs. Together, we'll start identifying goals and discussing what you would like to work on moving forward. Most importantly, my goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and respected.
